• Information requests shall be limited and must comply with Section III.c of the Commission-approved Annual Rate Adjustment Mechanism (“ARAM”) Tariff, Rider 11. Please note that the Company may not release or may place restrictions on the disclosure of confidential or competitively-sensitive information.
• Pursuant to Section II.a.ii of the Commission-approved Annual Rate Adjustment Mechanism (“ARAM”) Tariff, Rider 11, Attachment A, you must be an Interested Party to request information about the ARAM updates. Interested Parties include, but are not limited to, the Arizona Residential Utility Consumer Office (“RUCO”), customers under the Tariff that subscribe to the ARAM Tariff Email List, and parties to the proceeding in which the ARAM Protocols were initially adopted.
