Automatic Payment Plan—SNAP
It's easy, fast, secure and free. It's our SNAPSure No Hassle Automatic Payment plan—that offers the convenience of automatic monthly payments from your checking or savings account. Click here for details.

Online Banking
Use your financial institution's online services to pay your gas/electric bill. Please allow two business days for your payment to be posted to your account.

Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check
You can use a major credit card, debit card or electronic check to pay your UES gas/electric bill by phone or online. It's fast, easy and safe. The processing company will charge you a fee for this service. Questions about our different online payment options? Click here for details.

Online credit card payment
You can make an online credit card payment to your UES bill by clicking here. On the vendor's payment site, you will be given an opportunity to accept or decline the payment after the total amount is calculated.

Credit card payment by phone
Just call the appropriate toll-free number below and be ready to provide the representative your name, address and account number.

- To pay your gas bill, call 1-800-284-9730
- To pay your electric bill, call 1-800-285-4960

Mail
Please insert your bill stub and check or money order in the envelope provided with your statement. Include your UES account number on the check or money order. Click here for mailing addresses.

Courtesy Drop Box
You can drop your check or money order payment off at one of our many courtesy payment boxes. Please allow two business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Click here for our courtesy drop box locations.

UES Customer Care Offices
You can also pay your bill in person at selected Customer Care Centers. Click here for our Customer Care office locations.

Cash Payment Agents
UES has several authorized payment locations with expanded hours to make it convenient for you when making your payment. These locations accept cash-only payments. Click here for our authorized agent locations.

NOTE: If you are scheduled for disconnect or need to make an immediate payment to avoid disconnect, please pay in cash through a Cash Payment Agent location, then call UES Customer Care at 1-877-UES-4YOU (1-877-837-4968) with your receipt to confirm payment has been made.
